I’m graduating in a couple days, and have an interview tomorrow for area manager I at an fc. I currently work as a flex-pt associate at a delivery station. I guess I’m just wondering what the process is going to be like because I saw the scheduled times are two and a half hours.

They rescheduled from in-person to virtual, so how should I dress? How locked in do I need to be on the leadership principles? Realistically what will my offer be if I get one (range is $65k-$75k + bonus). I’m open to any and all advice, thanks!
