My Huge KDP Account was disabled
My situation is pretty crazy.
I’m a big editor in KDP with a huge team of people working for us: graphics , writers, social media ecc and we made 700 books in 4 years . Most were books translated in multiple languages like 100 books translated in 7 languages.
We invested a lot and we were doing 10-30k of revenue monthly , not joke, real money and many family were working for us.
- one year ago the suspended for books manipulation: we set free some ebooks and we got review : Amazon don’t allow to do it but they allow that someone leave random review no verified
- in the last month they attacked us: we got some books with bad reviews and we reported to Amazon and they said they couldn’t do nothing . Once was crazy : we got a 1 star review NOT verified and the guy was selling exactly the same book of us, was super fake, we said and they didn’t do ANYTHING.
- they blocked 5 - 7 books in 6 months and they shot down the account PERMANENTLY.
We tried to talk to them and they say very quickly that decision was final and I can’t open new accounts .
I understand have bad books is not good but we tried to explain that 5-7 books of 700 is less than 1% of bad books and we had 90% of books with 5 stars reviews , we were generating soo much selling and that we got fake reviews but nothing , Amazon don’t care .
We are shocked how they act like that and they don’t take care of editors . They basically destroyed the company and all the work in the last 4 years.
Any suggestion for it ?
We already hired a lawyer , we are based in EUROPE.
