Digital camera recommendations

• Condition: anything as long as it takes the photos I want without a problem
• Type of Camera: digital?
• Intended use: Instagram photos
• If photography; what style: portrait photos to full body photos that are dreamy 2000s vibes but still clear quality even from a far and not too warm/orange but a natural colour.
• What features do you absolutely need: slight facial blurring, subjects are clear from a full body angle, not super unsaturated
• Portability: anything I can hold in my hand and fit in a side bag
• Cameras you're considering: canon ixus 860
Canon PowerShot SX600 HS and Canon powershot sx430 but it’s a bit big.
• Cameras you already have: Nikon coolpix something
• Notes: I’m really not that picky and I have noted that a lot of cameras do what I listed but I get really overwhelmed with the amount of different cameras there are so some recommendations would be appreciated.
