Floor Plan Advice
We have a 70s house, considering doing some DIY renovations, we have a bit over $100k to spend. House is in Sydney, North is left.
The house was extended a couple of decades ago to add Bed 5, the deck and the weird extensions of the dining and laundry space. The kitchen is large but has resulted in an awkward L shaped lounge room. The dining room and laundry are long and narrow... The house has some quirks.
How would you fix this floor plan?
