For context, I am a highschooler in Alabama. May 8 is the last day of the term. In Alabama, we have a mandatory class: Career Preparedness. It's really easy, and the class period itself is shorter than the others. We use an app to complete our lessons and it is automatically graded by the computer. It is a year-round class (both semesters).

My teacher has not updated grades since January. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and resolve the issue, nothing. My parents and I contacted the counselor and principal just to have our emails forwarded to the teacher, receiving no response from admin. My mom spoke on the phone with my teacher and seemingly worked it out— that was on March 31. Nothing has changed.

My grade in PowerSchool (the official platform which goes on my transcript) is an 83. On the app, where I have completed all the coursework, my grade is a 93. I am a straight-A student and I am afraid that my grade will be falsely recorded. What can I do? I am at such a loss.

(P.S. This teacher absolutely hates me, so speaking with her in person without being scolded is nearly impossible. Please help. I know this might seem ridiculous to make a big deal out of, but it means a lot to me. I can't have my GPA drop because of someone else's incompetence.)
