I’m pretty new to this, and I just kind of want opinions on how I’m doing, or what I can do better. I just started roughly 6 months ago. I just feel really behind compared to everyone else.

Pictured is my 403b through work. I also have an American Funds Money Market with ~ $2,500; and an IRA (New Economy Fund and Washington Mutual Investors Fund) with ~ $3,200
