Hi r/nova,

I know bamboo is invasive and being removed in many parks. I’ve checked several public spots but most are cleared already.

Hoping to find any remaining thick patches (public or private backyard if owner is okay) to take just a few young shoots for cooking. Will be very respectful and take very little.

Based in Fairfax, easy parking preferred.
