I am going to work as a bartender in New Jersey and they are asking that I get fingerprinted- a few years ago, when i was in college, I was cited municipally for theft, but no charges were filed. Is that disqualifying for me to get my ABC card? I'm not asking for guidance here I just would like to know what the rules are with this.
