Online International payments keep getting declined - Merchant is non compliant on e mandate
Every time I'm trying to use my HDFC credit card for online payments on apps like Noon, Careem (in UAE), the payment gets declined with the message as Merchant is Non-complaint on E-mandate/Recurring Transaction. Called HDFC support, they said merchant is trying to create a recurring payment, which is not the case. Any help would be appreciated.
