Hello Everyone,

I’m scheduled for FAI hip arthroscopy in 2 weeks. My left hip is the one being operated on, but recently I’ve developed significant pain in my right hip as well. The right hip was also diagnosed with FAI, but it had been mostly symptom-free until now.

Has anyone experienced symptoms suddenly appearing in the other hip before surgery? Did the pain improve with rehab, or did you eventually need surgery on both sides?
