Hi everyone,
I hope all of you are doing well this week.
I got a doubt with huvec cell assay!!!
Recently I try to culture HUVEC cell from Lonza with EGM2 (basal EBM2 media plus growth factor) and then do the tube formation assay in EBM2 + 50ng/mL VEGF-A.
I starved cell first with EBM2/0% FBS for 4 hours and seed on mateigel coated plate.
The assay seem to be fail? or I need to wait me? It is almost 16 hours now
