Who the plug for digital social security cards ? I need one to match my cpn asap

I have one primary and one AU currently on my profile with a 751 credit score but I’m still getting denied for banks and loans.. I know it has to do with PRs but I have about 600 done . That’s still not enough PRs???

How long after buying a tradeline should it take to appear on your credit profile ??
