Built this website in a day with Claude.

Everyone in Finance knows about modern portfolio theory and portfolio optimization, but it was always such a hassle to collect the data and do the analysis in excel.

People with a background in CS or something adjacent to it always seemed to have the upper hand in the context of data analysis for Finance, but I see AI helping bridge that gap.

This portfolio is obviously not investment advice. Instead, it is an example that shows how easy it is now for someone from Finance to create something, that they wouldn't have been able to without a CS background. Will CS skills be less valuable in the future for Finance? To what extent?

Also, please feel free to discuss your opinion on the direction of either industry.

Would you say there is a future for any of them? Do you think the AI applied the modern portfolio theory correctly? Do you have a similar conviction for another industry you would like to see analyzed?
