Have you ever been in a full arm cast?
I habe a short arm cast since a few days. This sucks man. I cant imagine how people feel with a full arm cast. What were your experiences?

Broke both arms
Hey i broke both of my arms. My let arm is in a short cast but my right(dominant) arm is in full cast. Bro i cant do anything. How do i sleep, entschied, seit or anything Else? Any Tips and Tricks?
