Hey guys,
I was recently contacted by HR from IBM for the ASE role, and they asked for my joining availability. Everything seemed positive.
However, my friend (who was also contacted around the same time) has already received the BGV mail, and I haven’t received anything yet.
Is this delay normal in IBM’s hiring process, or could it indicate rejection?
Would appreciate any insights from people who have gone through this.
