Choosing a Path Between Present Burnout and Long Term Success

I work in nursing and have been doing it for a year and a half now To be honest I’ve really grown to hate this job Mind you I took the American NCLEX board exam and passed it with the plan that after 3 years I’d be able to go to America Once I submit my immigration papers they require my last year of experience to be in nursing as a prerequisite for when I leave I’m just sick of nursing and have come to hate it because of the long hours and the massive effort which isn't worth it compared to the salary you get it honestly isn't enough especially since I live alone I want to apply for a new job like at a company called Black Oasis and I have an interview tomorrow They also say that after two years of nursing experience you can go to the UAE Qatar or other Gulf countries where the salaries are good I only have half a year left to hit that two year mark of nursing experience so I can go abroad for a good salary Do you think I should tough it out for a few more months or should I try changing my entire path for a few years and then come back to it later I am incredibly conflicted
