Subscribed May 11. Hit an undisclosed image attachment limit after 12 days, losing a long personalized conversation. Ridiculous messages limitations. Constant hallucinations. Claude then gave directly contradictory information: one instance confirmed it found transcript files at /mnt/transcripts/, another instance called this a hallucination. Same AI, same day, opposite answers.

Support bot refused refund. When I cited EU Directive 2011/83/EU (14-day withdrawal right), they said EU consumer law doesn't apply to Poland. This is legally incorrect. UOKiK complaint filed.
