I’ve been working in pharma marketing for the past 5 years and have supported 5+ product launches. I’m currently an Account Supervisor, but after this most recent launch, I’ve been feeling a bit unsatisfied and honestly pretty burned out.

I’m starting to consider whether it makes sense to move client-side within pharma or potentially pivot into something more consumer-focused. I’ve always had a strong passion for music and fashion, and I’d love to find a role where I can use my transferable skills while staying around my current salary range of $115K.

I’m trying to figure out what the best next step looks like and where my experience could translate most naturally. Let me know if anybody has any ideas!
