Man with a plan

My dad is a “man’s-man”. He worked on tractors for 30 years. He loved to hunt, fish, anything outside. We only found him inside when it was horrible weather (tornados, hurricanes). He had a stroke recently and can walk with a cane, but has limited range of motion to his right arm/hand.
I can tell he is getting down, he can’t do anything he used to do. I’m looking for ideas to give him a “job”. He needs something that will help give him purpose and will help work his brain.
