Proposal Help - Does anyone live at The Deco North Lake Shore?
Hi everyone,
I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend in August. My plan is to do it at a Chicago rooftop, preferably in Gold Coast (because this was the first place I told my girlfriend I loved her).
After looking at my options, the only public option I found in Gold Coast was the Ambassador Chicago rooftop, which is beautiful but costs ~$2500 per hour (ouch).
The Deco North Lake Shore has a beautiful rooftop but I called the front office and they said you need to be a tenant to rent out the rooftop--which is why I'm making this post. If any current tenant is willing to help me rent out the rooftop for ~2 hours, I would greatly appreciate it!! I will of course pay for any renting fees, etc.
There are other options available in other parts of Chicago (e.g. LondonHouse), but I think it would be much more sentimental/personal if I did it in Gold Coast.
I'm also open to other ideas if people have them.
