How to get hired at WCB?
There's a job currently open at WCB, I am qualified for it and it's something I would really like to do in my career. I've applied to the exact same job probably 5 times now over the last three years, but I've received an automated rejection email every time. When I realized their screening is ATS, I tried to be more creative with my cover letter and CV and used keywords directly lifted from their posting. One of the times that I applied, I was diligent about including keywords and examples that fit each and every bit of their criteria (it was probably over the top, but at this point it was more of an experiment) - still got the same rejection.
For anyone who works or has worked for WCB or has gotten an interview with them, please share any advice you have for getting a foot in the door.
