Is sacrificing the pawn for development or the trap and does it work for 1000 elo?

I’m stuck on 1000 elo for. Along time and can u guys say to me what should I do to escape and go to the next level. And what all skills u need to go to the next stage.

its basically like if I calculate I waste time and I have to play the endgame at 1 min (10 min rapid btw). So can u guys help me fins the best moves fast like under 20 secs?

So basically I used to be 1000 elo in chess then I quit it and now I’m 700 elo. I CAN DO 27 PUZZLE RUSH(someone said in Reddit that 30 is good). And I feel like the 700 are smurfs or do I have a skill issue? (Sorry guys it is a skill issue) And also does listening to songs help with focusing?
