Hi, i'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and/or if you have any thoughts?
I got my ticket for Conan at Avicii Arena in Stockholm back in October through AXS, and now when I've tried to download their Stockholm Live app and login through my AXS account I keep getting an error message that "my username or password is incorrect", and I can't login to my AXS account either. This happens even after I've reset my password twice now. I tried contacting their customer support service but it's a nightmare, I sent a ticket that went unanswered, I finally managed to get through one of their live agents which basically just said they can't help me and that I should try to speak with someone from Europe, which I've managed only to submit another ticket that also went unanswered as of now.
Has anyone else experienced this, and if so how did you fix it? Or any thoughts anyone might have are more than welcomed. Thank you!
