Trainer said don’t get a Dalmatian
A Dalmatian has always been my dream dog, I don’t plan on getting one anytime soon but when I eventually do I will have it in training from the start. I’ve always been told they have aggression issues and not to get one when I mention to someone I want one but based on research I’ve done they aren’t more aggressive then other dogs it’s simply how they are raised. Today I took my current dog to her training session and saw a Dalmatian there, when I mentioned It was my dream dog he told me to never get one. He did later say that as a trainer he does have a bad opinion cause he usually sees dogs that have issues already. But i figured why not ask a group of people that actually own them, have you guys really had any issues or is it simply just a misconception?
