Big cast iron. How to season?
Hi, i have this one 60cm(24”) 25kg(55lbs) pan, which i have on the swivel to go over the fire, how to season it properly? Cant really regulate the temp. I’ve been using pork lard so far with high temp, but have limited options to spread it as ussueaaly spatula will melt and paper towels will disintegrate.
