Got a FaceTime call from a friend with this gorgeous Pantherophis obsoletus wrapped around his 4-wheeler axle. I was there within five minutes! Gorgeous thing.
He’s shovel-happy with the snakes in his yard, so I’m glad I was close enough to save it. AND his wife touched it, which was a _huge_ deal!
After 20 minutes of chasing it around the 4-wheeler frame, it was remarkably chill. No musk, no kisses. About 4’ long, maybe a little longer.
