I’m planning to spend a full academic year at Cardiff University next year through my university’s exchange programme

Kia ora! I’m from New Zealand. I’m planning to do a university exchange through my university’s exchange programme next year at Cardiff University for a full academic year and I had a few questions.
I study Economics and International Relations. I’m still in the early planning stages, but I’m strongly leaning towards Cardiff mainly because of the more affordable cost of living compared to other UK cities
A couple of things I’d love to know:
• Where’s the best student accommodation for the price?
• Are there any other important things I should know before applying? id appreciate any tips
Thank you (:

Hey, I’m currently in my first year of a Bachelor of Business, double majoring in Economics and International Studies.
I’m debating whether switching my International Studies major to Finance would broaden my career options and lead to higher paying jobs? especially because the job market is so tight right now
I guess my main question is for anyone who has done or is currently doing, a double major in Economics and Finance how hard is it?
i really do love politics and international relations but to become a diplomat it’s so selective and honestly the pay isn’t that good
what would you guys recommend?
