I recently found out that my Jio Payments Bank account has been marked as Debit Freeze. After a lot of struggles, I was informed that the freeze is linked to a complaint raised through Gopalapatnam Police Station, Andhra Pradesh.

I have been trying to contact Andhra Pradesh PI, cybercrime department, police station but the communication is not being established. The funds in my account are currently inaccessible, and I'm trying to understand what steps I should take next.
