for context this is my mom's thinkpad L14 gen2 which was bought around Feb 2025. It's a 2nd hand laptop which was refurbished from a reseller and the laptop was flawless no signs of fault and cosmetic damages that is noticeable. My mom use it for a solid good 1 month and from then on it was kept in the bag till today. Decided to use the laptop for school but as soon as i switch it on, the screen boots up and shows the startup and show the laptop homescreen for a solid good 1 minute and then suddenly the display turn black. I have tried to reset the driver and numerous of tips on how to fix this issue but there isnt any solution to it😭 Hoping that the community could help out with this if anyone has tips on it🙏🙏 Have not bring to the shop yet as i am based in Singapore and i highly know that the shops here will rob my broke ahh🥀🥀
