How many of you receive benefits and which benefits do you receive?

All our insurance is through my husband's job but we were considering going private next open enrollment period for personal reasons and just the mediocrity of his benefits. I read something recently that 40% of hygienists don't have benefits, I knew it wasn't super common but I didn't know it was that bad. I was even considering trying to find an office that has better benefits...
