Sold some glow plugs to an independent shop. They installed them and one of them came apart and fell in the cylinder damaging the piston and cylinder wall.(they cranked it) GM will cover another glow plug but won’t do anything else outside of this. Of course it’s turned into a don’t want to buy from you guys if we can’t fix this problem etc etc etc Any suggestions lol 🤣

Was just offered a company parts director position with multiple GM and Chrysler stores. Been with GM forever and well versed in all that. Parts is generally parts across the board but is there any Chrysler specific things that you guys could give me the run down on when going into that side of it?

Anyone around NC got any suggestions for vendors that supply brake cleaner, alternate to red max, and washer fluid and washer solvent. Currently use majestic and owner wants to fine cheaper.
