Unexplained neurological symptoms

I am not asking for medical advice. I’m curious to know is there anyone else experiencing these symptoms I’ve been to a neurologist ,several doctors, 6 emergency room visits, a cardiologist, and a ENT doctor with no answer or explanation what is happening to me. I’ve had clear brain and neck MRI w/contrast and 3 CT scans and a clear EMG test over the past 8 months.

It started with extreme neck pain I woke up with one morning. I could barely turn my head in any direction. I figured I’d slept poorly the night before and just had a bad crook in my neck, the pain never fully went away it only got slightly tolerable, a week later I suddenly had dizziness, I was disoriented, I felt drunk while sitting or standing. I had brain frog I couldn’t remember routine task I’d done daily ,I became extremely nauseous. I couldn’t focus on reading a book or simply looking at a tv screen , reading text messages was a blur ,I suddenly had poor eye sight . Than came the numbness in my leg and my right arm felt extremely heavy to lift. I began to have pins and needle sensations in both feet and hands. I had headaches daily , the painful headaches ceased after about a month but then came the head pressure ,not pain just left sided head pressure. The only way i can explain this pressure is as if something is sitting on my head or like someone is pressing down on it very hard. It doesn’t hurt buts it’s an uncomfortable feeling occurring only in one spot / localized area of my head . This pressure happens sporadically daily , it shoots my anxiety through the roof because I fear the worst every time. I also have muffled hearing randomly throughout the day (no wax buildup) It’s been months now I’m frustrated yet afraid because I have a medical bill that looks like a telephone number yet no answers. Just curious to see if I’m alone .. not looking for a diagnosis. Just insight

Also I want to add .. a month or 2 ago all these symptoms stopped suddenly .I literally woke up and felt (back to my normal self ) with no lifestyle changes or any medication. I was relieved and excited to move forward from this but a month or two later the symptoms returned .
