Alright so back story

I've already talked to my recruiter about coming early July just due to more available funds for travel and such he said he'd send it mid may well he sent it to early, and the welcome letter expires late June

My question is this gonna be an issue because I legitimately can't come earlier then early July so if I show up and say hey I have my welcome letter but it's expired by 10-11 days what's gonna happen? Can I still report to the unit or will it be the needs of the army type deal? The recruiter said try to make it before it expires but if not they'd try and work something out I'm just curious if anyone has had any similar experiences.
