🏠 Looking for a Flatmate | 2BHK | Sector 134, Noida

I’m a working professional looking to move somewhere around Sector 134 / Jaypee Wish Town, Noida.
I initially considered moving into a pre-occupied 3BHK, but most of the options I’ve come across are either too crowded or just don’t match the kind of setup I’m looking for. Since the individual expense comes out to roughly the same anyway, I’d rather take a decent 2BHK with one other person.
I’m currently checking out a few options:
• Semi-furnished 2BHKs: ~₹22–23K + maintenance
• Fully furnished 2BHKs: ~₹28K + maintenance
• So roughly ₹14–15K per person, depending on what we finalize.
Haven’t locked a flat yet — the idea is to find someone first so we can shortlist and finalize the place together rather than one person having to adjust to something already chosen.
About the setup: pretty chill household. No restrictions around drinking/smoking, having friends over, etc. Just basic mutual respect, cleanliness and being considerate of each other’s space.
Ideally looking for another working professional who’s easy-going and wants the flat to actually feel like home rather than just a place where 3–4 strangers happen to sleep.
