Quick question ya’ll. I am currently on my third look, and every single billet I applied to now says TAKEN. This is only my second time picking orders, and hasn’t happened to me before. I’ll call my detailer tomorrow, but in the meantime had a few questions. Does that mean I missed all of them? If so; can I get put ‘needs of the navy’ this cycle? Or do I get a 4th look? Also, how can I improve my desirability for prospective commands? I’m a fully qualified EP sailor with volunteer hours and education already. Also, 2nd class btw. So let’s say I don’t get anything at all this cycle, I know BBA starts for my rate in August. So would that affect me? Thanks for everyone’s help! No one at work had answers for me 😂
