Supply air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit

Hey guys I moved into this brand new home about 7 months ago. My ac has seemed to be struggling during peak hours. Haven’t really noticed this at night. I have the thermostat at 73 all the time. Right now in Texas in started getting into the 90s outside. My house stays around 77-76 while I have the thermostat at 73.

I checked the ac supply vents with a meat thermometer and it read 70 degrees Fahrenheit

Here are the stats based off my ecobee. I had ecobee plus but I just turned it off. Air filter is clean but I still replaced it and I cleaned my outside coils about two weeks ago. I kinda noticed the same problem before then that’s why I thought maybe they needed some cleaning.
