Hi I'm buying a 2 bed semi detached house I've noticed that lounge ceiling have some stains of water I've asked agent he said its fixed now I am attaching some pictures and I'm too much worried about this. The property have service charge of £180 per year and its freehold property build in 2013 .

Please any one can advise me on is it easy to sale property with service charges and is it worth buying house if it has leakage before I don't know actually it fixed or not but they have mentioned its fixed

Also it have some cracks outside
