looking for recommendations from anyone that has stayed at both the North and South towers at Mousai in PV. Which do you recommend and why?

I'm always a sucker for newer, so I lean to the South tower for that reason alone, but also read views from North are more direct. Any differences in the balconies?

Appreciate any tips.
