Sometimes I dream about moving my lower teeth in front of my upper teeth, then my upper teeth push hard against them from behind, and it actually hurts in the dream.

The weird part is I wake up completely fine, no jaw pain, no tooth pain, nothing.

Could this be something like teeth grinding or clenching in my sleep, or is it just a random dream thing? Anyone else had this?
