Hey guys,

After updating my FX30 to 6.01 I can’t get it to connect to the Creators App anymore. Before the update everything was working fine.

I’ve tried resetting stuff, reconnecting, reinstalling the app, but nothing works. The app either doesn’t see the camera or fails when trying to connect.

Also weird thing — my DJI gimbal doesn’t recognize the camera anymore either.

Anyone else run into this after the update? Any fix?

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble connecting my Sony FX30 to the Creators’ App after updating the camera firmware to version 6.01.

Before the update, everything worked fine. But now the camera won’t connect to the app at all.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

• Reset all settings on the camera
• Cleared Bluetooth pairing information on the camera
• Removed/forgot the camera from my phone’s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
• Reinstalled and updated the Creators’ App
• Restarted both the camera and my phone

Also, my DJI gimbal no longer recognizes the camera either.

Still no luck — the app either doesn’t detect the camera or fails during pairing.

Has anyone else experienced this after the 6.01 update? Any fixes or workarounds?
