I've been getting ads on social media about real estate, and The Grove stood out for being priced low for its brand yet the units being sold/resold look elegantly designed.
Is there something wrong with the land it's built upon? Too far from the metro? Or maybe something else that's driving the price to be that low?

Edit: Thanks again for everyone's input! Looks like I won't consider purchasing a unit here given that there are too many cons with regard to its location.
