hku or purdue?

I'm a non-jupas local student who was accepted to these two universities and have accepted both offers for these.
For purdue, I would be studying engineering, and HKU would be financial technology. Career-wise, I'm not entirely sure what to do, but I would likely do some mixture of cs and finance (hence the chosen program at HKU).
Although I would be a local student, I would come from an international school and I cannot speak any canto. Anyone mind sharing their two cents on these programs and how to make this decision?

IB ptsd?

I'm m26 and I just feel like ever since exams are done, I still feel wrong for resting.
At night I just feel like I shouldn't be going to bed because I have some exam to study for or an IA deadline. Like even though there is no work, my mind is still hyper because of some sensation that I'm supposed to be doing something. Is this a unique experience or can others relate?
