Hello. I just finished medical uni in Eastern Europe (not EU). I dont have any practical experience (Internship) so my degree is useless in Germany and many other countries.

I am looking for virtually ANY country in the world where I can

1. do my practical training (residency or internship)

2)work

Any suggestions where I can do that relatively easily? Salary and working conditions dont matter, I just want to practice my profession.
