i need help interpreting my lab results. i went to two different endocrines and they didnt help me, last one said she my results are just right and that maybe im just depressed.

i feel super tired, unmotivated, cold, brain fog... im 20 years old and i feel like 80!!!

i also need advice, i dont know how to feel better.
