I’m lateraling to a new firm (from government) as a salaried partner. My understanding is my firm (AmLaw 50-75 range) doesn’t put much pressure on SPs to generate business. That said, I’d really appreciate if anyone could share what you generated or targeted as a new SP, and what your firm’s expectations were.
