im scared of my upperclassmen.

Just hang with me, this isnt all upperclassmen obviously. and this is like serious, i need advice.
My HS is 8-12 so i'm in the same school as them, ect ect. I walk home each day because I live pretty close to the school.
Whenever I walk and i'm alone (so without my friends or even just talking to some random) these group of 5 or 6 upperclassmen follow me. Ik ik it makes me sounds competitive or smth like "omg the upperclassman follow me!!" but its kind of scary. I was walking alone yesterday and I could hear them talking and one of them 'made the joke' of saying "lets split up into two groups" which another boy hit him and said "don't scare her". HELLO? Im literally right in front of you. I was pretty visibly nervous since im scared of upperclassmen in general but this was like new level fear.
Said upperclassmen know my name, which ig is not uncommon except I transferred last year; they have ZERO reason to know me, we have zero classes together, i have zero connection to them.
While im walking every once in a while one will call out my name.
It originally started with one say "hey! hey you! girl! my friend likes you!" a couple weeks ago, which is normal yk just teenage boys calling someone chopped and embarrassing their friend wtvr. I ran up to my friend who was a couple feet ahead and started talking to him--they stopped.

I made sure I always was with someone after that but of course there have been a few times; like yesterday.
I know that this just sounds pick-me or what-not but im actually scared. I get that they wont do anything; they arent stupid, but they all are like 5'9+ and im 5'4. I guess i'm just realizing how scary things can be in a situation that isn't even necessarily scary.
Am I taking this too serious? Is there a way I can make them stop?

I have my semi-formal coming up and we're having it on a cruise, its two weeks away and I have zero idea what to wear.
Me and my friend tried doing an analysis of what would look good on me but i'm not sure if what we did was even accurate.
We came to the conclusions: Im neutral toned and after talking with one of my teachers, she said that colors like dark blue, emerald green, ect ect, would look good. Her goal was to bring out my eyes yata yata.
NOW i'm coming to you because the one dress I liked, was from a fake website (i screamed inside when I realized)
PLEASE someone do their magic.
For extra reference I have an entire color palette for myself because why not if anyone needs it.
I have ZERO fashion taste, and I have zero idea what is 'cute' and what isn't.
AMA you need if you want to help me!!!!
