Hello, I recently graduated my PhD from university of Edinburgh, I applied for this position, is been 14 days I havnt heard back, is it normal or am I silently rejected, is the same for a lot of my other applications,

I started applying for quant research jobs two weeks ago, a few rejections but most of them I just havnt heard back. I feel anxious and can’t focus on math and coding. Pls the UK temperature is so hot right now can’t focus.

Hello there 👋, recently graduated from my PhD in suspension physics, I published 2 JfM during my PhD , looking for a quant research internship or position,

I currently applied for 6 companies now, 2 of them instant rejection, Greaserch and GSA (Gresearch rejection expected since I hold a passport of none expedite country, GSA not sure why maybe not good enough 🤷).

Havnt heard back from the other 4 companies, all under consideration, so my question is how much longer do I need to wait for a rejection or interview, so I can plan accordingly.
