I’m a 4th semester CS student and I’ve been feeling confused about my future lately.

I applied for internships but most companies told me to apply after 6th semester. Because of that, I started looking at other jobs and got an opportunity at a call center.

The issue is the timing. The job is 8PM–4AM while my university classes are usually 8AM–
12 PM or 8–1. Part of me wants to start earning early and become financially independent, but another part thinks I should fully focus on CS, projects, and learning skills.

Seeing experienced developers struggling to find jobs online also makes me worried about the future of this field.

For people already in tech:
Would you recommend taking the call center job and managing both, or focusing completely on degree + skills for now?

I’d appreciate honest advice from seniors.
