Nectarine
Just planted this red gold nectarine tree. It's about 7 feet tall, but just like a stick. Ideally it would have some bigger branches lower down for easier trimming picking and maintenance right? When it comes time to trim this, would I be able to top it down to about 5 feet? Is it possible to encourage leader branches to form in that area? First time fruit tree grower so I have no experience to go off of
