Im looking to rehome a rooster.. Im concerned about the circles of people who use them to fight. Does anyone on here have any knowledge of this happening in Vermont recently in any counties?

Can someone please explain to me what in the actual f#ck doctors do anymore in Health Centers? I went to my primary doctor there for a check up on my BP. That's it! They weighed me and asked me a bunch of questions about do I feel safe living at home, am I struggling for food. Whatever. My blood pressure was still a little high so they raised my dose to 10mg rather than 5mg. 2 weeks later I get a bill for $221.00 Wtf?! I have insurance and I have to file a claim and its been two months and I haven't heard anything back from anyone. I emailed CHCB and boy does that seem useless. Does anyone even answer the emails?! $221 dollars to get weighed and have my blood pressure taken?! I get $160 taken out of my paycheck to pay for this shit and all the insurance companies want to do is not pay it? This is Preventative care!

Well this just sucks for everyone.
